In this regard primary section organized “Seerat-un-Nabi (S.A.W) Sessions” for our young learners on Friday, 6th October’23. The main purpose of these session is to evoke the beautiful message of leading life based on Islamic principles and teaching of our beloved Prophet (S.A.W).
Our students actively participated in the sessions with great enthusiasm by sharing Ahadith of the Holy Prophet (S.A.W) and recited Naat-e-Rasool (S.A.W) to show their love and respect. Teachers shared His (S.A.W) way of dealing different and difficult situations so we know how to deal with and get the guidance in all spheres of life with true implementation of the essence of Islamic teachings. The event went successful, and the students learned a lot from His (S.A.W)’s life. May Allah (S.W.T) bind us with Quran and Seerat-Un-Nabi (S.A.W) in order to become true Muslims. Aameen
House Elections
In the vibrant tapestry of our school community, house elections stand as a testament of the spirit of democracy and leadership. These elections held annually, serve as a cornerstone for fostering camaraderie, leadership skills, and a sense of belonging among students. Through elections, school not only selects leaders but also instill values that extend beyond the classrooms.
House elections mirror the democratic principles that form the bedrock of our society. Four students from each house, i.e. Al-Beruni, Al-Farabi, Al- Ghazali and Al-Razi selected as Captain and Vice-Captain. Students from classes (l to V), the heartbeat of our school, first actively participated for two days in election campaign in their respective areas accompanied by their teachers. They shouted the slogans for their favorite ones. This period leading up to the elections provided a platform for aspiring leaders to articulate their vision and showcase their leadership potential. From impassioned speeches to creative campaign strategies, students learnt to communicate effectively and developed leadership qualities.
On 12th October, the actual voting process, a significant event took place. The whole area was embellished with balloons of respective colours. Ballot boxes and ballot papers were placed accordingly in the supervision of election manager. Students gathered to cast their votes in the presence of House In charges. They casted their votes, making choices based on the candidates’ promises.
In essence, house elections in school provide a hands-on experience of democracy, encouraging students to voice their opinion and actively contribute to the betterment of their educational environment.
